RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Aquarium Tanks & Equipment
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
Item is unused
In original packaging
In resalable condition
No signs of installation or water usage
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is verified as defective upon arrival.
Heavy items such as glass aquariums must be inspected at delivery. Claims for physical damage after installation will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened fish food
Used filtration media
Water conditioners
Customized tanks
Clearance or discounted items
Live fish and plants (except DOA cases meeting criteria above)
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected:
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Payment gateway processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted.
Refund approval is subject to product inspection and compliance with policy terms.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet processed.
Livestock orders cannot be cancelled once prepared for dispatch due to biological handling protocols.
