All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Live fish and aquatic plants are dispatched on scheduled shipping days to ensure optimal health and transit stability.
Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
*Delivery Timelines*
Estimated delivery timelines:
Aquarium Supplies & Accessories: 3–7 business days
Aquarium Tanks & Heavy Equipment: 5–10 business days
Live Fish & Aquatic Plants: 24–48 hour express delivery only
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen transit delays.
We are not liable for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.
Customer Responsibility at Delivery
Customers are required to:
Ensure someone is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
Inspect the outer packaging before accepting delivery.
Record a continuous unboxing video (without pause or cuts) for tanks and live livestock.
Failure to follow these steps may affect eligibility for claims.
If a shipment is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, re-shipping charges will apply.

Live Arrival Assurance
We take extensive care in packing livestock using oxygen-sealed bags and insulated packaging.
In the rare event of Dead on Arrival (DOA):
Claims must be reported within 2 hours of delivery time shown by courier tracking.
A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video must be provided.
Fish must remain sealed in original packaging for verification.
Claims submitted after the specified window or without proper documentation will not be eligible.
Approved claims may be resolved via:
Replacement (subject to availability)
Store credit
No cash refunds are provided for livestock.
Important Livestock Disclaimer
Livestock health after delivery is dependent on:
Proper acclimation procedures
Suitable water parameters (pH, temperature, ammonia, nitrite levels)
Tank maturity and compatibility with existing fish
We are not responsible for losses caused by:
Improper acclimation
Inadequate tank cycling
Aggressive tank mates
Sudden environmental changes
Power failures or equipment malfunction
By purchasing live livestock, the customer acknowledges understanding of basic aquarium care requirements.
