Apistogramma Borellii

Apistogramma Borellii

Apistogramma Borellii is a stunning dwarf cichlid prized by aquarists for its vibrant coloration and peaceful temperament. These small, colorful fish display brilliant yellows, blues, and reds, making them a captivating addition to planted tanks.

Ideal for 10-gallon aquariums or larger, Borellii thrive in soft, acidic water with plenty of hiding spots among plants and driftwood. They're carnivorous and prefer live or frozen foods like bloodworms and brine shrimp. Males are more colorful; pairs bond strongly and may spawn in the right conditions.

Hardy and low-maintenance, they're perfect for intermediate aquarists looking to add personality and color to their setup.
